Frequently asked questions
What if my flight is delayed?
Add your flight number when booking: we track it and your driver adjusts the pick-up to the actual arrival.
Are tolls and taxes included?
Yes. The price you see when booking is fixed: VAT and tolls included, with no surcharge for normal luggage.
Can I cancel?
Yes, free of charge up to 24 hours before the service: cancel it yourself in «Manage my booking» (with the reference and your email) and we refund the full amount. With less notice, contact us.
How far in advance do I need to book?
Online, at least 4 hours ahead. If you need it sooner, call or write to us and we'll find you a car.
Do you have cars for groups?
Yes: the VIP Van takes up to 7 passengers and 8 bags. For larger groups, request a bespoke service.
