Cookie policy

What they are and what we use

Cookies and similar technologies (such as the browser's local storage) store information on your device. Under article 22.2 of the LSSI, those strictly necessary for the service you request do not need consent; the rest do. Below are all the ones this website uses.

Necessary (always on)

Your account session (Supabase, local storage «sb-…-auth-token»): keeps you signed in until you sign out.

Your cookie choice («vtc.consent.v1», local storage): 12 months; then we ask again.

The booking in progress («vtc.booking» and «vtc.checkout-draft», session storage): deleted when you close the tab.

Payment security (Stripe: «__stripe_mid», 1 year, and «__stripe_sid», 30 minutes): only at the payment step, to prevent fraud. If you pay with PayPal, PayPal uses its own cookies in its window.

Anonymous cookieless measurement (on; you can object)

It is not a cookie: it stores nothing on your device, so it does not need consent. It tells us how many people visit the website and at which booking step there are problems, without storing your IP (explained in the privacy policy). You can turn it off in «Cookie preferences»; we also honour the Global Privacy Control signal.

Analytics (with your consent)

Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.): «_ga» and «_ga_<id>», 2 years. They tell us, in aggregate, how the website is used.

Sentry (recording on errors): if an error occurs, a replay of the previous seconds is kept with all text, fields and images hidden, so we can fix it. It uses an identifier in session storage («sentryReplaySession»), deleted when you close the tab. Without your consent, Sentry only receives the technical error, with no recording and nothing stored on your device.

Advertising (with your consent)

Meta pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.): «_fbp», 3 months, and «_fbc», 90 days, to measure whether ads on Facebook and Instagram bring bookings. Google Ads: «_gcl_au», 90 days.

Visit source («vtc.attribution.v1», local storage, 30 days): the campaign you came from, to know which ads work. Without consent it is only kept during the visit and without Google's and Meta's click identifiers.

How to change your choice

You can accept, reject or change your choice at any time with the button below or from «Cookie preferences» in the footer. When you withdraw consent we stop sending data to Google and Meta and delete their cookies. You can also delete cookies in your browser settings.
